Well, it's time again. I got tired of the way the site was looking. After a little surfing, I decided a blog style would be good for Muddiebuddies. The new layout will also allow visitor's to leave comments on the post's made. I can now also add polls, for t-shirt voting for example.

Previous blog updates are being brought over in time.

As we continue to struggle through winter, eagerly awaiting the next off-road gathering, the MuddieBuddies have started the long awaited T-shirt and apparel design and printing process. We will be updating with pictures and purchasing info in the near future. Website design and graphic layouts are in progress at this time.

Muddiebuddies.com finally became available. As a few of you know, this was the orignal URL that we were trying to get. I just purchased it tonight. Using that address will redirect you to Muddiebuddies.net. Muddiebuddies.net will still be our primary domain and the address we want given out to everyone. The .COM will just make it easier for us to be found! Please allow 24 hours for the name servers to register the addition before telling me it doesn't work ;)

What a blast! Thank you Huey and Erin for hosting the party! Thanks to all involved in making this happen. This year the party lasted until after 5 AM!! I was only able to get 12 pictures which have been uploaded. If the rest of you that took pictures could email them to me I would really appreciate it.

Thank You to all of those responsible for the great time at the Halloween Party
Unfortunatly the band was shutdown early for noise violation. The music kept playing from the DJ and the food and drinks carried us all the way until sunrise for some.

The things people do to get high, pumped, jazed, excited, etc. Riding motorcycles and ATV's is probably been one of the biggest highlights in my life. It is extremly hard to beat the feeling that I get on a bike. Flying threw the mud or attempting a hill for the 6th time in my truck comes close. Getting into the Badlands parking lot for a 4 day trip, man, that feeling is hard to describe as well.
Well, I beat them all this past weekend. Leaving a plane at 14,000 feet, freefalling until 5,500, and under canapy until I landed gently on the ground. Doing a "red turn" that put my entire body horizontal, with the parachute vertical. The silence of the rest of the glide down. Being able to look for miles, while your doing 120mph towards the ground. Exiting the plane, feeling the pull of gravity accelerating you, the wind rushing and howling past. Then the pull fades, your just there, flying. And even with that being said, I can't describe the feeling.
Thank you Melissa, for making it possible for me to do this. Thank you Skydive Chicago for provideing a fun, exciting atmosphere. This is a great place to go, and I recomend diving to everyone. Just one more thing to take off of your bucket list.

This is the first post to the Muddiebuddies.net blog. I will be updating this with events, changes, and notices to the Muddiebuddies off-road club. The web site is in the process of being moved to a new hosting service and I am implementing alot of new features within the site.
